It's not all bad news, these two bungalows at the main entry to the estate in Gooshays Drive are a delight. We don't know who lives there but they cheered us up with their floral display spilling on to the verge, brilliant.

Still in Gooshays Drive and a bit further on down the road. You will see this. This is just one of the heaps scattered along Gooshays. Garden waste in recycling bags sadly a common practise. A tiny element in our community think if they dump their rubbish on the streets and verges its not their problem, It just becomes an eyesore for the rest of us. Well we reported this pile and the other heaps to Cllr Andrew Mann who is responsible for street care on 22nd October 2005. Lets see how long it takes them to clear it up, bear in mind its already been there for more than three weeks. Be even better if they could also make some effort to locate the dumper and have a quiet word.
